Initially,
we will have a Conference Call during which you will be

your current marketing strengths and weaknesses. We will also
review how you are tracking the effectiveness of each step of your

this information, I will create a customized marketing
plan for you that is SMART

It will
consist of practice-change suggestions and types of
allowed marketing to explore so you can create
constant and consistent visibility, credibility, and
rapport with prospects and clients online and offline.
There
will be two monthly calls plus the initial assessment
call and weekly e-mail follow-ups
to help keep you focused and on track.

Coaching:
We
meet once or twice a week for 30 minutes per session to discuss
what you have done, what results you have achieved, what
obstacles you may have encountered, where you want to

your goal systematically, step-by-step. We can deal
with any aspect of your practice and marketing and how
you relate to it.
Consulting:
You
can schedule time for individual telephone consultation
or a conference call
with your practice people. I will respond to
your questions, offer comments and suggestions as
feedback, and
recommend steps you can take to achieve your marketing
goals.
Research has shown that a well-defined goal, strategic plan, core message, commitment,

Fees
are based on the nature of the service and the time
required and are usually charged at $450 per hour.

and Evaluations:
I
will review and evaluate your current marketing
message, materials, marketing program, strategies,
tracking process, office internal marketing, and/or website. You will
then receive a written report in which I identify
strengths, weaknesses, and offer suggestions, comments, and specific
recommendations on how to improve your marketing.
Marketing
Plans:
Based
upon a thorough assessment of your practice, I will
write a specific plan that will serve as your marketing
and tracking road map. It will provide you with the concrete,
detailed, relationship-based educational steps you need
to take to reach your goals as quickly as possible. My
plans will be in report format and usually run
five-to-ten pages in length. Depending upon the level
of detail you request, customized marketing plans typically
range from
$1,379 to $4,379.
Seminars
and Teleseminars:
I
offer seminars and teleseminars on relationship-based
educational marketing
to professional associations and groups. I can present
seminars in person or by telephone as a teleseminar. I base seminar
fees on the length of the presentation, the size of
the group, the preparation time required, travel
and distance, as well as the time I will be out
of my
office. If you'd like me to address your group, please
